Web Design is an exciting mean of communication which has taken off in the past few years. These days, it is hard to find someone who runs a business who does not have a website. There are many different designs and different means by which to build a website. There's standard html and css, php and mysql, javascript, flash and the hottest new craze, ajax. But all those acronmyns don't really mean anything to the average person. That's where the web developer comes in. The web developer is the one who worries about the backend code and all of the "geeky" stuff.

Content management systems are one of the newest ways to keep websites up to date and have been quite successful so far. These content systems make updating web content as easy as typing into a word processor. I use a couple different systems to put sites online, and use them almost exclusively. The dynamic capabilities of these systems can help anyone to keep a website updated after the initial setup.
